Receive

Right click the existing mails then select Property to open the dialog box, select Receive.

Leave a copy in server: When tick this function, system will save a copy on mail server even after the mails has been download.

Check for mails every[  ] minutes: Foxmail will auto check mails in every certain time. If the Receive-process dialogue disturb your work, please click Options on the menu bar then select Settings to open the dialog box, select tick off the check box Show progress dialogue while Auto-checking new mails.

Play sound when new mails coming: Select a .Wav file as a default sound, Foxmail will play this file when received new mails.

Auto compress mailboxes when program exit: When deleting mails needs to compress the mail box to physically delete it. You may set up a percentage here, so that Foxmail will auto compress the mail box when the deleted mail occupied space above this percentage.
